During our assessment, we'll chat about personalized recommendations to make your home look its best for potential buyers while keeping it cozy for you. You can either do the staging yourself or let us handle it. This initial consultation takes about 2 hours and is a necessary step before our more detailed staging services (excluding vacant and virtual staging).
Photo Prep
After our initial staging consultation (included in package), we'll work together to find a suitable time to return to your home and skillfully stage it for a successful sale. Plan on dedicating around 4 hours for this staging process to ensure every detail is just right.
Staging Enhancement
Tailored for homeowners or real estate agents seeking to elevate their property's allure beyond the existing furnishings, our staging enhancement delves into paint palettes and investment in new décor to compliment your current furnishings. Together, we'll strategize to amplify your home's marketing impact.

Have you encountered a space that a client just could not visualize no matter how hard you tried to paint the picture for them? Do you wish there was a way to set up the picture so they could see ideas as they’re standing in the space? Don’t have the time or tools to set it all up? Then this add-on is for you (and your client)! We now offer large format prints featuring your virtually staged rooms. We will virtually design the space, order the prints, and set them up in your vacant properties! Once the house is sold, we will come back and pick up the displays.
