Drone Photos & Videos
Derek Mecca is an FAA Certified Part 107 Pilot with a federally registered Drone and license. Drone photography includes property lines and location labels. The signature style for lines and labels are tastefully minimal with thin white lines and clean label flags which communicate information without distracting from the photo.
Drone videos are cinematic with music and intros/outros that offer listing information and agent contact details. The Drone Video package includes a horizontal copy as well as a vertical copy designed for social media reels and shorts. These videos are designed for social media marketing and are 30 seconds or less in length.

When you order a marketing kit with your chosen listing content, you receive a robust and fully featured set of marketing materials that are auto populated with the ordered photos, videos and floor plans. These materials are also automatically filled with any information you’ve added to your account and any property info you have inputted. This can include information such as your business headshot, contact info, brokerage and/or brand graphics and any property info you choose to display.
In addition to the convenience of auto-filled content, you’ll also have the option to open up each marketing product to further personalize it for you and your brand. These customized templates can be saved for future listings to build further convenience.
